Weleda Cradle Campus

The new Cradle Campus in the Ostalb district is just as sustainable as Weleda's cosmetic products. In addition to a modern administration and functional building, it also includes an innovative high-bay warehouse. It is considered the most sustainable logistics center in Europe and can accommodate over 17,000 pallets. The project used traditional construction techniques and materials that are particularly sustainable and climate-friendly: rammed earth, clay plaster, and wood. The decision to use wood as a building material alone saved 2,600 tons of CO2.
