University College London

University College London (UCL) is situated in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and comprises several buildings, including Marshgate – a 35,000 m² academic centre for creativity and interdisciplinary research, which forms the centrepiece of UCL East. A KEIM water repellent was selected by the London-based architectural firm Stanton Williams to be applied to the internal concrete surfaces, where it serves as a dust barrier. A series of units spans eight storeys, each featuring collaborative spaces for exhibitions and internal conferences.
