The Palace Madrid Hotel

One of Madrid’s most iconic buildings shines again! The 8,000 m² facade of the historic Hotel Palace (1912) has been faithfully restored using KEIM mineral paints. The restoration process integrated sophisticated scientific techniques alongside the expertise of restoration specialists and craftspeople from various trades. Multiple layers of previous paintwork had to be removed, with sampling and laboratory analyses conducted to determine historically accurate colours for their subsequent restoration.
