Municipal Office Zell am Pettenfirst

The Zell am Pettenfirst community centre, designed by architects Schneider Lengauer Pühringer from Neumarkt im Mühlkreis, was coated with KEIM Lignosil-Verano silicate grey glaze. The warm grey tone continues harmoniously on the interior walls and ceilings. Oak floors, panelling and window frames provide a striking colour accent. The building was awarded the Upper Austrian Timber Construction Prize 2025 for its special architecture. Incidentally, the church in the background was also recently professionally renovated with KEIM plasters, KEIM Granital and KEIM Romanit.
