Haus Moench

In the midst of the rolling hills of Chiemgau, on the edge of a forest, stands a carefully renovated farmstead with historical roots dating back to the 15th century. Just a few metres away, a small new building complements the ensemble. The architect and builder has not only renovated and rebuilt here, but has also sensitively created a connection between centuries-old building fabric and contemporary, sustainable living. The aim was to preserve the soul of the property while creating modern living space. The farm has a long history.
