Williams Terrace Senior Housing
Forty-one affordable, flood-resilient senior apartments on a site wrecked by Hurricane Hugo, arranged around a courtyard with Charleston-style piazzas. To satisfy the Board of Architectural Review, the brick was given a whitewash look with diluted Restauro-Lasur in warm white.
