A 4,000 sq ft mixed-use addition to an existing Manhattan high-rise needed seamless smooth walls up to 80 feet long with no visible joints. A lime-rich Universalputz stucco over Durock sheathing was finished with Soldalit for a dead-flat mineral matte look.
