A 22-storey East Harlem apartment tower beside the Park Avenue railroad viaduct, composed of interlocking concrete volumes. Blotchy, unevenly coloured formed concrete was cleaned and then evened out with Concretal-Lasur, keeping the natural patina of the cast surface.
