The Marshall Building, London School of Economics
Grafton Architects' new LSE teaching building has a helical concrete stair and tree-like concrete columns in a tall internal hall. The fair-faced concrete was evened out and protected with KEIM Concretal Lasur while keeping its natural look; the building has won several awards.
