Holiday Inn Sydney St Marys is a six-storey, 119-room hotel on the corner of Forrester and Boronia Roads beside the St Marys Rugby League Club, developed in partnership with IHG. Designed by WMK Architecture and built by FDC, it opened in late 2017/early 2018 with meeting rooms, a gym and a bronze-clad porte-cochere.
