Orange Regional Museum at 151 Byng Street is a 1,300 m2 museum designed by Crone Architects, with a grassed roof that rises out of the existing civic lawn to form a public green space with views over the park and town. It opened in November 2016 as part of the civic precinct, with a civic square and amphitheatre seating, and has won architecture awards.
