Common Ground Sydney

Common Ground Sydney is a 104-unit supportive housing building in Camperdown that brought New York's 'street to home' Common Ground model to Sydney, housing formerly homeless people alongside low-income tenants with 24-hour concierge and on-site support. It was designed by HASSELL and built by Grocon largely at cost for Housing NSW, targeting a 5-star Green Star rating, and was completed in 2011.
